This question cannot simply be answered in general terms. Every belly grows at a different rate. We have had very good experiences between the 32nd and 34th week.
chronological sequence
Usually an hour is necessary and sufficient, but if you want to change your clothes or go for a walk in a park, for example, I recommend 1.5 to 2 hours.
appropriate clothing
I recommend clothes that show off the stomach well. Special dresses are usually not expensive and can be bought online. I would be happy to advise you if you wish.
